Melissa and Jay went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. Jay took the time to walk through everything needed to use the camper during our stay including the generator. We had no issues and it’s all thanks to their thorough attention to details and customer service. Would happily rent from them again!

The camper was clean, functional, and cute. We rented the camper for our annual float trip with 5 adults and 5 kids, and we all slept comfortably. Melissa and Jay were friendly and communicated quickly. Overall, it was a very smooth rental process and we would certainly rent from them again in the future.

We booked a one week trip to the Ozarks. The booking process is quite easy even on a smartphone. I was able to chat with our host/owner of the camper that would best accommodate our needs. We brought our own personal things that we normally bring ,(as we own a motorhome ourselves), but decided to just drive my truck down to Missouri and rent something local as the gas prices would kill us. Also, we wouldn’t have a vehicle to go exploring unless we rented a car. When we arrived at our destination, come to our surprise, we didn’t need to bring hardly anything other than our clothes. Jay and Melissa went above and beyond our needs. Very professional (TOP NOTCH) and easy-going hosts at the same time. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will definitely call on Jay and Melissa in the future if they have availability on any of their units on the dates we decide on our next adventure. Thank you again Jay and Melissa for all you do

The camper was very luxurious and in great shape! Perfect for family of 4. Everything worked as it should, and all the equipment is top of the line! Jay is awesome to work with! He was prompt responding to any questions through the whole process. Melissa did an amazing job inside providing all the camping essentials. The bug zapper, bag toss game, and beach shade were a surprising find. They’re attention to detail makes sure nothing is left out! Would definitely recommend doing business with them! Looking forward to next time!

What a wonderful way to spend a few nights at SMORR. Jay had everything setup prior to arrival including full electricity, water and gas. Upon arrival we had a short conversation to get acquainted with the RV and had no problems throughout our stay. The air conditioning was a wonderful respite on warm days as was taking warm showers after a day on the trails. There was everything we could want and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Extremely highly recommended.

We had the very best time on our trip! Jay and Melissa made sure we had everything we needed, plus some. The RV was full of so many extras – if we forgot anything at home – we found it at our disposal and was sure to have been thought of and prepacked by Melissa! Communication was phenomenal by both of them and we highly recommend them for future trips! Can’t say enough good things about the RV, the hosts, and our first time experience!

We had this RV delivered and set up for us. It was absolutely fantastic. Jay and Melissa were readily available to answer all the questions I had when I booked and throughout the adventure. Renting this RV from them made our trip so much more fun!! I didn’t have to think about a thing. There were soooooo many free amenities. Inside was everything we needed, and outside were tables, chairs, cornhole…… We arrived and called Jay- he gave us the code to get in, walked me around over the phone so I was familiar with the RV. When we were ready to leave, I texted him and he told me the 3 easy steps to do and we left. I cannot wait to do it again next year!!. Super, super great!!

This was the best experience! Everything was set up for us and we were so surprised at how comfortable the beds were. Even the dining room fold out! The AC, shower, refrigerator/freezer all worked perfectly. We had no issues. Thanks to Jay for making a difficult time for our family a little easier.

Jay and Melissa made this feel more like an Airbnb experience. They were awesome to work with! We had them deliver and pick up the RV (I couldn’t leave those stars unmarked). When we arrived it was all set up all we had to do was walk in and make ourselves at home. I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time and it did not disappoint! We would definitely rent from them again. Great communication and prompt in anything we needed to contact them with. Easy checkout instructions as well.

Great Discovery
This was our first rental with Stone Mountain and definitely will not be our last. Being able to pull up and have everything setup and ready was awesome. I am so happy we found these guys and have already recommended them to friends and family. Looking forward to the next adventure with them.
